Another Drupal site, this time for the Office of Civic Engagement at Marietta College. They wanted functionality and a layout similar to the site I created for the McDonough Center for Leadership Business, so this site is mostly a clone of that one.

For the Marietta College Art Department I create a Drupal site and themed it to match their existing site's design. Although the design seemed pretty straightforward, getting it to work with Drupal was no small feat, and of course being a site for Art and Graphic design meant there was absolutely no room for error in getting it to look right.

After about six months I usually get the itch to change something on my site, and this time it just happened to coincide perfectly with the release of Drupal 7.
So here it is, my new D7 site!
I'm still tweaking things here and there so if you find something that looks incomplete or just plain wrong, it's probably on my to-do list. I hope you like...

The Forensics Team at Marietta College has won numerous awards and distinctions, and they needed a site that would showcase their many achievements. I built this site using my standard Marietta College design kit of XHTML/CSS/JavaScript/PHP. As with most of the department sites, it features an RSS News feed with from the College Relations website so any recent news stories about the Forensics team will be populated on the department's sidebar.

Once every quarter, the Marietta College Office of College Relations publishes a magazine for alumni, students, faculty and staff. The Director of College Relations asked me to create a site specifically to showcase the latest issue of their award-winning magazine, as well as keeping an archive of back-issues.

As part of the Marietta College website, the Student Activities pages are where visitors learn about student clubs and organizations on campus. The Director of Student Activities asked me to redesign their website to allow students to register a new organization and upload membership information entirely online, thus replacing their existing manual, paper-driven process of registering organization membership.

This site was developed for the McDonough Center for Leadership and Business, a nationally-recognized program on the Marietta College campus that interacts with business and community leaders from around the world. As one of the core programs at Marietta College, the center has a significantly higher profile than most department sites, hosting well-known speakers such as Steve Forbes.

As business started taking off for Nutmeg's - Desserts for Every Occasion, the owner was frequently contacting me to update the gallery portion of her site. I soon realized that it would be beneficial to both of us if she had the power to update and maintain her site by herself, so I rebuilt the Nutmegs site using WordPress.
